Expensive but very good quality. One side of instructions are for a top mounted mailbox and the obverse for bracket mounted. Easily mixed up if wind or other factor capital to flip over.

This mailbox is absolutely stunning! I had a flimsy mailbox before that wouldn’t even stand up straight. I couldn’t stop looking at this one after we installed it! The instructions were very easy to follow. The hardest part was digging the hole for the post, but that was because of the dirt in my area. If you already have a post, the installation will be even easier. It looks so traditionally beautiful once installed.

My wife & I love the quality all aluminum construction, the classic look, and small details that indicate excellent craftsmanship like magnetic closure for the front door. The large capacity box will be able to hold a ton of mail in addition to many smaller packages.
