The first set I got they sent the wrong size bottom cushions. Customer service was great. They sent out the correct size before they even got the incorrect ones back. I don't have a problem with mistakes, we all make them. I have a problem if they don't handle them properly. Birch Lane handled it perfectly!!! Great job on the customer service side!! And I love my cushions.

Loosely fitting cushion. Lots of loose strings too. But, most importantly, the dimensions are 23" wide X 25" Deep, instead of 25" X 23", which is advertised. So, stripes have to be turned horizontally to fit. Not good.
