The umbrella arrived missing multiple parts. When I contacted customer service I had to take multiple pictures and circle on the manual what was missing. I received terrible customer service from the bot then the Wayfair human customer service. Once the replacement parts arrived we realised the center piece of the umbrella base was bent. We had to force the piece in. If I could give no stars I would. Do not recommend. Over priced for cheap quality and terrible customer service

Bought the taupe colored umbrella and 5 years later very minimal fading and one small tear. This umbrella has held up well in direct sunlight light, through storms, and humid weather. I am thinking about buying another! Worth the !
