White Glove Delivery was a scam. Had to hire someone to help me assemble it. I'm a 61 y/o widow and instead of helping solve the issue they pushed it on me. I did not hire the delivery team, it's Birch Lane's responsibility to ensure the people they contract with do the job they were hired for, not me. Additionally to add insult to injury one if the chair legs is 1 inch too short. Other than that I am pleased with the furniture itself, just not Birch Lane

Love this furniture, we've had it a year. The only thing I would change is to have the cusion cover zip off. I don't know how I will clean them after they begin to get dirty.
