Just like everything you purchase that's made in China you got to have a backwards map to put the chairs together. Once you do a chair or two then the rest of them go pretty smooth. The chairs themselves are decent quality for the price, but keep in mind you get what you pay for. The pads on the chairs are very thin and not comfortable at all. You might as well be sitting on a piece of wood. A cat might be comfortable sitting on those pads, but not any grown American adult. I can just got to a local store and get new chair pads - that's really not a big deal. But if you purchase these chairs keep in mind that you'll probably need to replace the pads.
