Not only were the chairs damaged in shipping, was not real impressed with quality of UNdamaged chair. Customer service was excellent, however, and getting full refund.

Good quality for the price. Came in 2 boxes, one for cushions and one for the loveseat. Relatively easy to put together, only a few pieces. All the tools we needed were present. Only surprising thing was that the seat is attached to the frame only with zip ties. Cushions are full and comfortable!

Looks beautiful, but the combination of the material of the cushion with the ottoman -- the cushion does not stay on. Slips off and doesn't give the support you need from an ottoman. Wouldn't recommend.
