Received these today and they are oh-so-comfortable and lovely. The deliverymen, Louis (Luis, Lewis?) and Mario were absolutely the best. They texted me to let me know they were coming and then informed me when they were 20 minutes away. They unboxed all the chairs and the sofa and place them on my porch (I did pay the extra fee for that, but I am pretty sure they don't get that, unfortunately, because they deserve it). They removed all the packing materials as well and were very careful every step of the way. They couldn't have been nicer and I very much appreciate their help. The delivery came from Wayfair in Manassas. Those gentlemen should get a raise! Thanks for a terrific product and for employing such amazing people.
