Good quality- comfy and easy to put together

Salespeople at Birch Lane at UTC in Sarasota, FL were terrific. Helped me decide if two rockers would fit on my balcony by using construction tape on the showroom floor as to size of balcony and then put the rockers in that space! Above and beyond. I wanted to order directly from the store and was surprised when I called the suggested phone number that it was just an “order center”. However, they were very helpful and got my order placed. Was able to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale and both chairs were delivered within the week. Great experience.

The hardware is not properly installed, or defect , like the nuts in the wood framing. Difficult to correct, wood did splinter

This was a Christmas goft and was a huge hit! Beautiful!

Not a fan. First, the wood is rough - splintery - and it feels like you will get splinters from the arms over time . Second, they are SMALL rockers. Suprisingly small. Third, the assembly required me to have to hammer the rocker feet into the slots. On all 4 that I purchased, the rockers didn't fit into the slots so it was quite the effort to get them to fit. Disappointed.
