They are beautiful- one came broken but was fixable and customer service was helpful. Have only had for a few days, but they are of medium quality, should last a good few years with a bit of upkeep

Love these pool side chairs. The white cushions are thick and comfortable. The piping is black and provides an upgraded resort feel. Wheels turn easily making moving them a breeze. The tray slides out on either side which is a great feature. Used the assembly service which was easy to schedule and the assembly person showed up as scheduled, was professional.

I ordered this lounge chair and it arrived quickly. There are two problems one is that the detailed description on the Birch Lane website said that the weight capacity for this chair was 350 pounds. When it arrived the manual from Savavieh, the manufacturer, said the weight capacity was only 220 pounds. As I weigh 235 pounds that is a problem. The other problem arose as I started to assemble it. Four of the screws in the hardware package are the wrong size and will not fit in the holes. I first contacted customer service at Birch Lane.thinking they would just send me four of the correct screws. they said I needed to contact the manufacturer to get the replacement screws and to find out which weight capacity was accurate.I did so and Safavieh said because the product was in its warranty. I would have to get the replacement screws from Birch Lane/Wayfair. They did not answer the question about the weight capacity. I feel like I am being ping-ponged back-and-forth between the two companies. All I want is the four appropriate screws to assemble the lounge and an answer to the question about its weight capacity. That shouldn’t be this difficult.
