In no event shall Visual Comfort's liability under this warranty exceed the cost of repairing or replacing such defective product, and Visual Comfort’s maximum liability under any warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. If you feel you have a claim under this warranty, contact customer service for advice on handling the claim. Written notice of any defects must be faxed to Visual Comfort within 10 days of delivery.
