I love this lantern for a lamp post! It arrived quickly and packed well, with no damage. It is sturdy and very nice. I won't be able to put it on the post for another month or so, but my only complaint so far is that it is difficult to get into it to change a lightbulb. I called Birch Lane and talked to a customer help representative and they looked it over and agreed with me. The only way to get into it is to take the top all apart and go in from there. The instructions on line said you go in thru the bottom, like the other Gunnora lanterns (I also bought two wall lanterns) to change a bulb---which I knew was impossible since it sits on a lamp post! Anyway, the customer help lady was very cordial and offered to repay me a portion of the lamp for my inconvenience! They are refunding me $24.92 to make things right! Thank you so much---I did not expect that at all! Great service!
