Ordered 4 chairs and assembled them today. One was damaged and will need to be exchanged (hassle free I hope). Ok quality given price (wouldn't pay more than $100/ea).

One of the chairs broke almost immediately. I have emailed customer service and still not received a response. We spent the extra $ to purchase from Birch Lane hoping for quality. Very disappointing.
