Anyston Patio Chair (Set of 2)

Update- these are beautiful chairs. The material is actually quite firm yet they’re very comfortable. I didn’t get the ottomans when I purchased but after sitting on them, you definitely want to get those so you can really kick back with your feet up! These chairs are the perfect look for what I needed! They’re a bit more grey(darker) than the photo but they’re fabulous. Using on the master suite lanai for a house we’re building so, we haven’t used them yet— can’t speak for comfort yet.

The delivery service was incredible and the customer service great as well . The problem is that the first set of chairs I received were in poor condition . Frayed wicker, cracks in the wood , scuff marks etc I was told I’d be refunded and have not been refunded yet and can not reach anyone .

These chairs and the ottomans are beautiful and just what we were looking for! The four star vote vs five is simply to note that a large hinged cushion is necessary (and even more comfortable) since the chairs are so deep. Without the cushions, even the tallest person may feel slumped back into the chair. We also lightly sanded the teak and applied one coat of teak oil to make sure they're set up and protected for a hot summer. The wood looks even more beautiful and rich. Note, if using teak oil, do only one coat. Two coats created a stickiness and seemed unnecessary due to the initial saturation. An additional note, one of the chairs came damaged and Birch Lane's response was both timely and generous. We will definitely shop with Birch Lane again.

Great looking chairs but terribly uncomfortable and I am likely to return them. They are uncomfortable both because of the shape, which makes you slide down, and because of the material, which is hard on the rear, back, and back of the head. We were also unable to fully secure them with all of the screws provided.

Quality construction & materials. Outstanding comfort. Ottoman is a great addition.
