Very comfortable, sturdy seating. Was easy to put together alone for me but yes, if you have someone to help you it would take less time. I really enjoy this set. My only qualm would be that it would be nice to have tie fasteners on the top pillows like the seated pillows but that hasn't deterred me from loving the set.
