Carlotta Ceramic Pot Planter

This company is trash and so are their products. I swear the employees are APES that can't comprehend glass needs to be wrapped before shipping. It's clearly a consistent problem based on the reviews, and nobody here cares enough about the customer experience to make any changes. Not only is the product broken, but I am now required to take time out of my day to return this to FedEx. So now let's waste emissions for a broken item that will wind up in the trash. If you don't want to waste your time, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!
