My product was delivered damaged. Unfortunately we didn't notice the damage until after the 30 day window and there is nothing that the company will do to resolve this issue, The mail post was also made of plastic which needs additional support for installation. This was a totally useless, expensive mailbox

We ordered a customized version with our address. We are so disappointed in the quality of this item. It looks and feels like the cheapest plastic. The material is really flimsy; likely to break with the slightest weather we would have. So now, we are stuck with an item that cannot be returned. We are regular Birch Lane customers. This is the first unacceptable item that we have purchased but I cannot imagine making another purchase from Birch Lane unless they offer return & reimbursement.
