We really love the chairs. However, the online order process did not go well. I wanted 2 identical chairs, but my order for 2 was compromised due to system issues. My 2 chairs with Allstate protection coverage was processed as 1 chair. When I reordered 2nd chair I lost the Allstate protection and in my rush ordered identical chair but 2nd had shorter legs with slightly different design and different stain! I purchased the chair in the Drusky Charcoal Sustain Basketweave fabric so it would last a long time. The color is fairly bland, so I have a colorful blanket thrown over the top pillow. I also plan to change out the pillow cover with something else as well. This chair is huge! I did all the measurements and was still surprised at it's size compared to the very large recliner I have sitting next to it! It's immediately comfortable, no need to break it in first. You have plenty of room to sit sideways or cross-legged. My large dog would love to take it over as his personal bed. I have a small ottoman/pouf that I can put in front of it for extra comfort as well. The side arms are tall enough that with the pillow you can lean against it to watch TV. My daughter lays with her legs hanging over the edge of the arm. For our small living room it fills adds another comfy option for seating against a wall where you might otherwise put a side chair..
