This is a really disappointing purchase. The fixture was delivered on time and seemed to be in good condition upon being unboxed. It was easy to install, as well. Despite all this, the fixture does not look level. It is plumb and level according to my tools, but the shade is poorly constructed and doesn't sit properly on the fixture itself. I will be contacting customer service because I am not sure there is anything I can do to fix the problem myself. UPDATE: Customer service was stellar... at first. I was able to return this item and receive another fixture (no charge for shipping either way). And then I opened the box of the second fixture to find that the shade of the second fixture was dented. Quality control appears poor for this item. And now I have to pay shipping for this return. I won't be ordering from Birch Lane again.. Jeannine. Smithfield, VA. Sun Jun 07 2026

Really happy with the look of this chandelier! Adds a ton of brightness to our room while still looking natural. The shades are glass and do not sit super snugly, so I needed to have help stabilizing the chandelier while hanging to prevent one from falling and breaking. Other notes: this requires to be secured with a tethering wire that I was unaware of when purchasing so we had to get creative with the placement. Paige. Tuscaloosa, AL. Sat Sep 09 2023

The signature chandelier attention to detail is apparent in the Mandola collection. This chandelier features an angular polished nickel frame topped with crisp white shades for an electric yet modern design. I truly believe design is in the details. An element I love with this collection is how the top loop mimics the same angles as the lower metal fretwork. It's a small attention to detail but a big part of the overall look because it artfully repeats the design theme and helps to balance the fixture, it is perfect for a dining area, living room or even entry way, this fabulous light will add the perfect accent to any space.
