This is a really disappointing purchase. The fixture was delivered on time and seemed to be in good condition upon being unboxed. It was easy to install, as well. Despite all this, the fixture does not look level. It is plumb and level according to my tools, but the shade is poorly constructed and doesn't sit properly on the fixture itself. I will be contacting customer service because I am not sure there is anything I can do to fix the problem myself. UPDATE: Customer service was stellar... at first. I was able to return this item and receive another fixture (no charge for shipping either way). And then I opened the box of the second fixture to find that the shade of the second fixture was dented. Quality control appears poor for this item. And now I have to pay shipping for this return. The light fixture looks great! I cannot wait to get it hung over our kitchen island. The color is perfect aged brass looking. The size is big but not too big.
