They have classic half-round pharmacy shades which are mounted to a cylindrical metal stem with a differentiated stepped detailing. The lights have an architecturally inspired medallion where the arms mount to the rectangular backplate.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Buyer be warned!! It looks beautiful BUT Design is flawed. There is a screw bolt into the stone type bottom. The pole part moves back and forth like if it were top heavy. Ugh I wanted to keep them so bad!!! But they are too much money to be broken/defective out of the box.
