Love our new fixture! The glass had a couple of small scratches, but nothing worth sending back over, so that's why I gave it a 4. The glass did have this weird fog/haze that did not go away after cleaning with window cleaner. Was about to send it all back, but then tried cleaning it with vinegar and now it looks so much better and the glass is finally clear! Definitely satisfied with our purchase and would recommend.. I bought the Northpoint and pendants for our 2-story entryway and staircase. Assembling them was pretty easy. My home has English/European styling so I looked for a while for the right ones. They look great. I hung the larger one above the door. These are the same as the Savoy lighting "Penrose" collection. I used the vintage LED lights with them. Hanging the requires a strong person who really knows what they are doing because of the size and weight of the fixture. I recommend you clean the glass with white vinegar to avoid streaking. We are dissatisfied with the candlesticks that are bent and crooked. They are supposed to be straight up and down not pointing in all directions. They can’t be bent into the correct position either. These lingers were installed yesterday by me electrician. You couldn’t tell they were bent until they were hung because the candlesticks are on a pendulum and it sways back and forth when you lift them.
