I was absolutely shocked over how our purchase arrived. Old, beaten up, clearly previously used, box. The lamp was practically stuffed into the box with random plastic bags, and used up styrofoam. The brass was scratched and already varnished. I have no idea what this was but I'm shocked over how first purchase with Birch Ln. This was a light for a our nursery, so very disheartened.
