Drax 3 - Light Metal Dimmable Drum Chandelier

I ordered two of these chandeliers. Both arrived missing parts. While Birch Lane was willing to send the missing parts they were unwilling to do a price adjustment as the chandeliers drastically reduced in price during that time (-$100/fixture). This is my first time ordering from this site and I don't know that I can recommend it to anyone. ***Update. I was asked to send photos of the necessary missing parts along w/ descriptions, which I did. A week later a box of random pieces arrived, none of which I need. I again have asked for the missing pieces, and requested they be shipped overnight. Birch Lane will not ship overnight, thereby delaying the install another week. ***Update #2. The second round of replacement parts have arrived. They are again incorrect. At this point I have spent nearly 2 months trying to get these fixtures hung in my house. Birch Lane has given me $20 for my frustration. I'd rather just receive what I ordered.

WOWZER!!! Worth the cost. Such a statement piece.

It's pretty but can come apart easily. The ratan pieces are held in place by small metal flaps similar to a picture frame.

We wanted to get some thing that had caning to match our dining room chairs, and we absolutely love our chandelier!
