This sconce is the perfect classic touch to a room. The scale is fantastic (not small like some). It is a great metallic finish...but for those wondering, the metallic gold finish is on the 'champagne gold' spectrum in hue. It loses one star for me because the holder on the shade is white, and if you aren't installing it low enough on a wall, you can see the white holder...it should have been the same color as the brass base for a more cohesive look.
