Nice lamps, but 1 was missing parts

I absolutely love the lamp..but one of the parts to hold the lightbulb was cracked. But was able to tighten. But when the lampshade needed a little straightening the entire area is loose. I’m going to need to return but I thought I fixed it and threw out the box. I fixed it until someone touched it. It’s really pretty.
