Love this light! We installed it in a wraparound stairwell and it's perfect. Close enough to the wall to not get bumped and multi-directional to make our stairs safe. When we received it, the threads on one of the rods that support the glass sleeve was threaded incorrectly. I logged in to Birch Lane and explained the problem and in less than a week, the replacement rod arrived at my front door! Excellent service!
