I plan to hang this with the light facing down since it will be in a small space with one more recessed light. It really can go either way-just depends on the direction you need your light. The white globes are super soft both in feel and in color. The brass is spot on. Light you see is natural so no colors added. It’s a classic, simple and pleasing light that would work well in a myriad of decors. I really appreciate the super packaging and quality of each component.
