What was ordered vs what was delivered. Customer service advised their products are highly staged with lighting etc so they base their refund policy off customer reviews. I like birch lane and am not trying to bash them. Customer service rep was extremely pleasant. Just placing this review to make buyers aware product looks completely different in person.
