This light is dainty and delicate but has a beautiful shape with the shades. It's great for lower 8-10' ceilings with the ability to hang it as a semi-flush light. We used this in our downstairs living room with 9ft ceilings, and it will look great once we furnish the room. This is a great light for the money.
