Mattia 4 - Light Metal Dimmable Chandelier

We purchased this item in September of 2025. Just a few months later, one of the lights began to flicker. We tried to trouble shoot ourselves, but ended up removing the bulb since the strobe light affect was so annoying. Then, a second light on the fixture began to do the same thing. I reached out to customer service and was told that they cannot replace the fixture. So disappointing to pay $600+ for a light fixture that stops working after six months, and to receive such poor customer service. I hope that future customers will purchase from a company that stands by their product.
