I ordered 3 of these for a studio renovation for my business. The quality is flimsy. Today my contractor took the lights out of the box and the arm was broken at the knuckle of the arm. This is plastic coated with metal. I am stuck with these now, because it states the return window for these are closed. This was a short return time. I am going to reach out to customer service since I have purchased a lot from wayfair over the last 2 months for this renovation.

Well packaged and arrived undamaged. I bought 2 of these to go on the wall above my bed in the new house that's being built, so they've not been installed yet. Going for a farmhouse vibe and these look to fit the bill perfectly.
