The order came on time. There was a couple of crystals that came broken but you have 2 extra pieces so it was perfect. The installation was easy my husband did it and he is no electrician. They're real crystals. Such a beautiful light.

First one that was sent was bent and the crystals were all scratched. After calling customer service they shipped another one out right away. The second one was in perfect shape but some of the crystals still had minor scratches. Overall its a very nice light fixture, alot of work hanging all the crystals.

The chandelier is exactly what we wanted! Very well made and the crystals are beautiful. Fairly easy to install if you have the right tools and patience. Very pleased and highly recommend it.
