This is such a cheap fan very mis-leading . can’t find 12 in down rod . You have to use the there remote not able to use your wall switch’s . Service Department knows nothing at all . Avoid this brand ( looks great ) But total Trash !!!

I absolutely love my fans. We ordered two, and they took a while to assemble, but well worth it. These are beautiful and I get all sorts of compliments. I really like that you can choose to have the light or not install the lighted part.
