I'm very pleased with the quality of this light fixture and the ease of installation. It was installed by my husband in roughly 15 minutes. The glass dome has a decent weight to it. It's not super thin glass but not heavy thick glass either. It's the Goldilocks version which I feel suits the fixture's design. I really like the muted brushed gold color of the fixture. It's not yellow and shiny like the fixtures from the 1990's. The opal/milk glass shade leaves a nice soft glow with the daylight bulb I'm using in it.
