Because Visual Comfort no longer made them in chrome, I was forced to choose a different finish—which didn’t match the other two pendants over my island. Visual Comfort's lack of support and poor business etiquette was frustrating, but in the end it worked to my advantage. I purchased 3 Calico pendants to replace my VC pendants and they are beautiful, look better, and fit my décor perfectly!
