Blithe 2 Light Glass Flush Mount

We love the look of these fixtures. We have 3 of these in ours in our hallway. They really brighten the space. I really like the sleek lines.

1 star off because the design is only on 2 sides, not all 4. We replaced a late 1980s era entry light with this one. It gives plenty of light, looks good was easy enough to hang - even with a 3 way switch. Weve had it for about 1 12 years it seems to be good quality. Plenty of light for the area.

Moving into a new apartment, wait - moving at all, is a mess I always have more than I remembered - and have to finally part ways with some items. Sometime I regret parting with one or two, as I did recently. First, overall, Wayfair made the move, organizing and adding the finishing touches much easier with unique, vast selections of items and, just as importantly, affordable prices. When I finally got to the point of looking at what lighting “came with the place,” immediately I couldn’t stop seeing how every ceiling fixture was the same - and not very attractive, AND, I’d just donated two cool ceiling lamps. As a person who believes lighting can make or break a room, in this case, I started looking for a couple initial lighting fixtures that would “make” the space, but not be the focus. The Prout 2 Lantern Square flush-mount ceiling lamp was a truly perfect hallway replacement. The light and shadows cast are so striking, though the light itself is perfectly understated, until you look up. I love how it “classes up” the space, emits a warm, just-right amount of light and its modern-yet-classic-with-touch-of-retro style is even better in-person. Easy to install, especially because it’s sturdy and lightweight - it’s beautiful. Bonus easy to clean! Highly recommend. (Unfortunately, I had to take the lamp down for an electrician to access wires per landlord request - what timing! But I had these photos from unboxing. Hope to be able update to show how beautiful when on!)

Very neat unit. Initial putting together was a little tricky with basic instructions and bare glass was a little dangerous but actual installation was very straightforward. As glass is quite clear I will replacing bulbs with a more ornate warmer light. Perfect depth for porch with outward opening door.
