This light isn’t fully what I expected once installed. I used it to update my mud room lighting. I thought it would be more flush against the ceiling, but it isn’t designed that way. The directions were very poor but I’m somewhat familiar with installing light fixtures. I like the rope texture of the light, and the large size, and how much light it gives off, but not the ceiling gap. I unfortunately don’t think this light will remain permanent in my mudroom.. Jenny.
