These napkins are made of a gorgeous rich looking fabric. They are cotton and are machine washable. They have a very elegant French look. Very pretty fall or year round. Cheery. These are thin enough that I will be able to arrange the napkins like bows. They are going to need to be ironed. Vibrant colors even after washing. Placemats are a beautiful pattern and color is vibrate just as shown when ordering. The size is large and you can mix and match several colors of serving ware. Weight is perfect to protect table but easy for washing.There is a very strong smell, so recommend immediate washing or dry cleaning. I placed outside once opened.
