She (I won't throw her under the bus) said she would reach out to the manufacturer to confirm what an order included and email me back. In the interim I looked for other sets but continued to prefer your Pfaltzgraff set. After no response from your company, I decided to go ahead and order 2 sets, hoping they included 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates and 4 bowls. Fortunately, that is what arrived! The plates and bowls seem to be good quality so far. The handles on the coffee mugs barely allow my fingers through, so the backs of my fingers are pressed up against the hot mug.
