STAUB makes exceptional cast iron cookware. While a joy to use my 10" cast iron fry pan, it's time to add to the collection a larger pan that will leave appealing sear marks on my steaks. Alas, the Staub Enamelware 12" Square Grill Pan and Press came with a couple of problems. I ordered the Graphite Gray, but received a green pan...a color that's not even carried by Wayfair. The cast iron surface on the inside is covered with scratches, and there is a tiny chip on the press. Customer Service rep Randi came to the rescue. She was helpful and efficient, and expedited shipment of the replacement pan in gray to arrive in 3 days.
