The ceramic grinder is strong enough to crack peppercorns and is corrosion-resistant for grinding salt. Adjust the grind setting with a turn of the knob – clockwise for a finer ground and counterclockwise for a coarser grind. The acrylic ABS-finished mills do not absorb odors, grease, or moisture and are easily wiped clean. Spot clean or hand wash with a damp cloth and allow to dry thoroughly before refilling.
