Have only used a couple times but so far so good! Seems sturdy and well made. Large enough cooking surface to fry four or five bacon strips easily. Cooks pretty evenly.

I’ve used it two times… Alfredo sauce and scrambled eggs. Good nonstick surface but unfortunately, nonmetal utensils are recommended. The top does not fit perfectly flat on it, though close. Have not done the boiling test to see how much stay escapes.
