I was looking all over for a saucepan to replace my 25 year old Emeril saucepan with the same features. This saucepan is beautiful, has a good hand feel, is well balanced, and the non-stick surface slides my morning gruel smoothly out of the pouring spouts. It washes right up. I am thrilled with this purchase!

Love this small saucepan. It was a surprise - the lid is deeper than usual, and it has little holes in on the sides of the lid to make draining easier (smaller and larger size holes on the opposite interior sides). Ceramic non-stick appears solid.

Ceramic coating is very effective. Haven't got anything to stick yet.

We cook for one or two people. Quality smaller induction capable pots and pans fill our needs. The straining lid is a pleasant surprise.
