ZWILLING Spirit 3-ply 4.6-qt Stainless Steel Perfect Pan

Very pleased with this purchase, although I think it's a stretch to call it a wok. But then I have a 45 year old wok that is seasoned to perfection.

I bought this pan to make risotto. couldn't be happier.

I always use the nonstick, but the coating is easily peeled off, so I give a stainless steel a try. I cooked my first meal today, I really like it.

This pan looks fantastic. I was puzzled at first why it looks huge comparing to my other 10inch pots. The answer was simple - the width is 11 inches, not 10. Need to return, already ordered a smaller version.
