Fabulous pan! We use it daily and love it. It is nonstick and cleans easily. It has a good, heavy-but-not-too-heavy weight, and it’s pretty, as well.

This griddle is perfect for cooking everything from pancakes to large omlettes to tortillas. It heats evenly and cleans easily.

I bought this pan for use on my induction stove, and it does perform well with the source of energy. Wanted a non-stick that was safe (this Zwilling Spirit is), and could serve my intended purpose: to use as a griddle for pancakes, French toast. I do not use it for savory foods. I did not like how my pancakes cooked directly on the surface, so I lightly spray with cooking spray (canola, not one with flour). And I mean LIGHTLY, on cooking area only, not the entire pan. Tried brushing canola oil but did not like that. Anyway, I heat the pan on my GE Profile induction cooktop on a level of no more than 3.5 and I get great pancakes/French toast. I find that lightly rubbing the cook area with a cold stick of butter (or Earth Balance) works well and gives the French toast especially a great crispiness and flavor. Clean up? Let it cool completely, then wipe with paper towel. I use Bar Keeper's Friend with the paper towel to GENTLY rub off whatever may be on the surface. BKF can also be used on the exterior. Rinse and dry and pan looks great. Have had it for just over 2 yrs and it still looks like new. So while I can't address the issue other users have had with "losing the non-stick", I can attest that it is an excellent pan as long as you use prudence with the intensity of heat (don't use high heat) and how you treat the surface. I also do not use metal pancake spatulas, so surface has no scrathes/nicks. Yes, I do recommend this product. I do not give 5 stars since thoughtful care is required to keep pan performing and looking as I expect/want.
