Well made and oven safe.

This is advertised as a 4-quart pot but, filled to the brim (which no one in his/her right mind would do anyway), the pot holds only a smidgen over 3 quarts of liquid, a huge disappointment!

I purchased this item (Viking 4QT Pot) for $120 (before tax and shipping). It was on sale, and I think I got a great deal. It's exactly the right size, and the nonstick coating is fantastic. Handles do not get hot and are firmly riveted in place. The glass lid is strong and fits well. I've washed it in the dishwasher many times without any problems.

Very impressed with the quality. Have already used it and it exceeded my expectations for non- stick and easy clean.

It’s a great pot. Perfect size for making meals for a smaller house hold. So well made also. There’s so much cheap cookware out there that is very expensive. This pot may cost a little more upfront, but well worth it. It’s one I’ll use multiple times a week. I already ordered a second one as it works so well for me.
