Just what I have been looking for, I have tried many different brands, but Viking is by far the best of the best,

This pan does not live up to my expectations of Viking cookware. First, it does not seem as durable as my 5-pan piece anodized set. It seems to scratch fairly easily. And it is possible to burn yourself using it. The lip of the pan is easy to accidentally touch and the handle on the glass lid definitely gets hot fast. The benefits are that functionally it was the size I needed and it can definitely take the place of a wok if needed.
