0 stars actually. The appearance is absolutely lovely and charming as detailed. However, the black hearts slip and/or fall off under general running water. I hand washed 1 glass with a paper towel and lost 7 hearts immediately. Tried a 2nd glass and just put it under water and lost several hearts without touching. NOT a good purchase.
