I absolutely love this pan. Because different family members have different diets I have to make two lasagna's when I make them. I needed two pans that would fit nicely in my oven at the same time. I searched for a long time and finally found these. I have used them a lot over the last few months of having them and made everything from brownies to lasagna. I absolutely love them!

This shipped really fast, I was surprised how quickly it arrived. I ordered this roasting pan after being so happy with a Staub cocotte I ordered a few months ago and have ended up using every week. Roasting pan itself is 5/5, dropped a star because I read in an online review that Staub includes the handle in the dimensions so I took that into account when choosing a size, but turns out this is not correct- this pan including handles is just over 18 inches. If I’d known that I would have ordered the next size down. I wish more detailed measurements were included in the product description, but I’m so happy with this I’m probably going to keep an eye for sales and buy the smaller one too :) Dropped a second star for this website because after writing this review and trying to submit it couldn’t be submitted because I had an adblocker for my browser... seems crazy I need to accept tracking just to submit feedback :/

So glad I bought this piece. Excellent quality and looks beautiful as a serving dish. I only wish it was a little bigger.

We purchased the product to cook our turkey for Thanksgiving. The pan is a great piece, and it serves its purpose perfectly!

The cast iron helps brown foods perfectly, producing nice crispy dark skin on chickens, turkeys, ducks, and cornish game hens. Lots of room for veggies, adding some broth or wine helps make a perfect gravy. Also great for lasagna, baked ziti, and meatloaf. So versatile and perfect results every time. Money well spent.

Great heat conductor! Absolutely cooked a dish of eggplant Parmesan to perfection. Dish was pretty enough to place on table for a casual dinner party. I’m in love !

This is an amazing pan. All the benefits of raw cast iron without the fuss. The enamel coating means no seasoning and easy cleanup. The matte texture allows for great browning and crispness. The Iron has amazing heat retention and heats very evenly......no hotspots.It can go straight into the oven or start on the stovetop to get a great quick sear first. Its great for roasted veggies, potatoes and meats. I love everything about this pan.
