Staub Specialities Cast Iron Rectangular Large Roasting Pan, Black

Love this pan!!! Would definitely buy it again.

This shipped really fast, I was surprised how quickly it arrived. I ordered this roasting pan after being so happy with a Staub cocotte I ordered a few months ago and have ended up using every week. Roasting pan itself is 5/5, dropped a star because I read in an online review that Staub includes the handle in the dimensions so I took that into account when choosing a size, but turns out this is not correct- this pan including handles is just over 18 inches. If I’d known that I would have ordered the next size down. I wish more detailed measurements were included in the product description, but I’m so happy with this I’m probably going to keep an eye for sales and buy the smaller one too :) Dropped a second star for this website because after writing this review and trying to submit it couldn’t be submitted because I had an adblocker for my browser... seems crazy I need to accept tracking just to submit feedback :/

So glad I bought this piece. Excellent quality and looks beautiful as a serving dish. I only wish it was a little bigger.

The Staub 15” X 10” Black Matt cast iron Roasting Pan is very durable. I love the color, finish especially inside the pan. I will no have to worry about it becoming discolored after continuous use. I’m sure it will also be easy to clean and maintain. I can’t wait to make a pan of lasagna. I know it will perform well, just like my other Staub cookware.

I absolutely love this pan. Because different family members have different diets I have to make two lasagna's when I make them. I needed two pans that would fit nicely in my oven at the same time. I searched for a long time and finally found these. I have used them a lot over the last few months of having them and made everything from brownies to lasagna. I absolutely love them!
