Staub Cast Iron Oval Cocotte

Great size, hoping to use it for fondue!

This is my third Staub pot. I love them for their durable finish and for superb cooking results. Heat is distributed evenly and holds the warmth of the dish after cook time ends.

Very disappointed!! Missing tparts of the couted layer!!

Fantastic cookware purchase....Makes the best meals because of the design of the lid of the pot which puts moisture back into the food....food cooked in this pot is so tender and juicy and mouthwatering. Well worth the price. A lot of food can fit in this pot and this pot is a very unique hard to find size. Bargained price if purchased from Wayfair....otherwise if purchased elsewhere the pot will sell for almost double the Wayfair price if you can find this size.

It is beautiful and it heats nicely. Not sure I buy into the bumps on the lid being a huge advantage but what I have cooked has turned out well.
